The project

“Towards the Light” is an art installation designed to serve a dual purpose: as a sculpture and as a source of light. Created specifically to be placed in a private home, it recalls the movement of Baroque sculptures, with their upward momentum and dynamism, which interact perfectly with the staircase alongside it.

The meaning
Tall and imposing, ‘Verso la Luce’ welcomes visitors and points the way to the staircase, accompanying the ascent with an evocative play of light.

Location
Commissioned privately, ‘Verso la Luce’ was designed as a decorative element for the stairwell of a private residence. It is therefore located inside a private home, serving both as a statue and as lighting.
